If you want to see improvements in your game, start in the gym!

Any athlete who is serious about playing post-secondary volleyball needs to be putting in as much work off the court as they are on the court. Improving strength, flexibility, reaction time, body stability and hand-eye coordination has to be a priority. Strength Academy is the only volleyball focused training program that prepares athletes for the physical demands of the sport. 

​

This program is run by Will Young from Young Fitness. As a volleyball player, Will spent 5 years competing at the university level and understands the physical requirements to be an elite volleyball player. He has designed strength training programs focused on the requirements of the game and individual needs. 

​

JUNE STRENGTH ACADEMY

  • Camp Cost: $200 (CAN) + tax

  • Summary: Month of June, 4 weeks, 8 sessions

  • Program: 2 X 1 hour strength training & 1 hour yoga each week

  • Age Groups: 16U, 17U & 18U

  • Genders: Separate Boys & Girls Academy 

  • Openings: 12 spots for each gender in each age group

    • Tues, 4:30pm - 5:30pm & Thur, 4:30pm - 6:30pm
