YOGA & BARRE CLASSES
Welcome to our studio space! When we aren’t training our elite athletes, we’ve opened up our studio so you can benefit from our talented instructors and reach your fitness goals. Our studio offers daily Barre and Yoga classes and is available for private or corporate classes. Whether you consistently practice yoga or are trying out your first barre class, you will enjoy the challenge and supportive atmosphere created in this space.

Inspired by ballet, our Barre sessions focus of isometric strength training and high reps of small movements. By using small weights and your own body weight, muscles grow long and lean in this energetic class. Our Barre classes are great for all levels of fitness and will work your whole body… no actual dancing required!

We believe listening to your body and keeping it moving is the key to preventing injury. Learn the power of your breathe and gain strength and flexibility in our Yoga sessions. We’ll guide you through traditional poses and postures and leave you feeling focused and strong.
BARRE & YOGA
Team Barre or Yoga classes allows athletes to balance their training by focusing on strength, stability, flexibility and mental focus. Too often athletes train for the skills they need, but not for the balance their body requires to stay healthy and strong. Barre and Yoga classes target the mental and physical areas that are often overlooked.
Classes are designed for each individual teams needs.
