VERTICAL ACADEMY

DO YOU WANT TO JUMP HIGHER? 

Gains are made in the off-season! Led by volleyball and vertical jump specialist, Will Young, the Vertical Academy is an elite program that focuses on improving the vertical jump of volleyball athletes through sport specific means. This program utilizes an evidence-based approach that combines technique training, strength training, and plyometrics to improve power production and reach new heights. This program is for highly motivated athletes who are dedicated to achieving long-term results. This is a small group program that will accept maximum 12-15 athletes/session to assure an advanced training experience utilizing video analysis and specialized equipment such as the Vertimax machine. For optimal results athletes are encouraged to attend all 3 sessions/week.

VERTICAL ACADEMY (Month Long Training)

  • CAMP COST: $360 (CAN) + tax 

  • MONTHS: JUNE, JULY & AUGUST

  • DURATION: 4 Weeks, three times per week, Boys & Girls Combined

  • PROGRAMS: 3 X Strength & 1 on court approach analysis per week
