This 3 day high performance camp is designed for any athlete who is looking to get an introduction to the expectations of post secondary volleyball. This camp will be coached by a collaboration of women’s university and college coaches from around the province that will introduce our athletes to what it takes to compete at the next level. The combine entails a combination of on court, classroom sessions on various topics such as recruiting 101, and strength training. This camp will provide baseline testing from our strength experts that will allow each athlete an opportunity to see where they measure up in comparison to the average post secondary athlete.
