SPRING BREAK

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

These sessions are designed for current club athletes that are looking for development opportunities to refine their technical skills. This is an opportunity for isolated, technical repetition that is often not a priority as the club season and team training evolves into more game-like training. These sessions are run with 2-8 athletes and are designed to focus on individual skill and technical feedback that will help athletes improve upon each aspect of the game. Sessions are 1 hour each and athletes are welcome to sign up for multiple sessions/day.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Booking your clinics is easy. When you click on the Access button, you will be redirected to our booking portal. Click on "Registrations" and then "Register" for the list of the available sessions. You can add multiple sessions to your cart and pay for them all at once. 

 

If it's your first visit, you will be prompted to create an account. Once your account has been verified, follow the same steps as stated above to book your clinics

    • Level 1: 13U - 15U (Current club level) March 25 & 26

    • Level 2: 16U - 18U (Current club level) March 27 & 28

  • March 25

    • Level 1 (13U-15U)

      • Level 1 Attacking (arm mechanics) 9:00am - 10:00am

      • Level 1 Serving 10:00am - 11:00am

      • Level 1 Passing 11:00am - 12:00pm

      • Level 1 Strength 12:00pm - 1:00pm

 

  • March 26

    • Level 1 (13U-15U)

      • Level 1 Attacking (approach/jump mechanics) 9:00 - 10:00am

      • Level 1 Defense 10:00am - 11:00am

      • Level 1 Blocking 11:00am - 12:00pm

      • Level 1 Strength 12:00 -1:00pm

 

  • March 27

    • Level 2 (16U - 18U)

      • Level 2 Attacking (arm mechanics & shots) 9:00am - 10:00am

      • Level 2 Serving 10:00am - 11:00am

      • Level 2 Passing 11:00am - 12:00pm

      • Level 2 Strength 12:00 -1:00pm

    • Level 2 (16U - 18U)

      • Level 2 Attacking (approach/jump mechanics & offensive management) 9:00am - 10:00am

      • Level 2 Defense 10:00am - 11:00am

      • Level 2 Blocking 1:00am - 12:00pm

      • Level 2 Strength 12:00 -1:00pm
