Accomplishing your goals on the court requires focused work off the court. The Junior Varsity Centre is pleased to offer an elite training facility for individuals and athletes of all ages and experience levels. From 1- on -1 personal training to elite team based athlete development we provide the expertise to take your health, fitness and performance to the next level. JVC Strength Training is run in partnership with Young Fitness to provide athletes with relevant strength training programs to accompany their on court skill training. Available training sessions include Personal Training, Group Classes, Return to Sport Programs, Team Training and Academy Training.
